You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You may sign in using your Google account. Doing so is subject to Google's own terms of service in addition to these terms.
You agree not to post false, misleading, illegal, or harmful content. You may not impersonate others, harass other users, or use Palnear to send spam. We may remove any listing or account that violates these rules, with or without notice.
Palnear is a directory that connects people with local service providers. We do not employ, verify, or endorse any provider listed on the platform. Any agreement, payment, or dispute is strictly between you and the other party. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any service offered.
Palnear is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Palnear after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
